How do I return something?

Not Satisfied? If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Josie Maran Cosmetics purchase, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of your invoice date, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Josie Maran products.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All Good Buys and Gift Sets items are non-refundable and/or exchangeable.

How does the return/exchange process work?

STEP 1: Log in to your account on and click on the My Account link at the top of the page. If you don't have an account with us, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will assist you.

STEP 2: Click on the "Completed Orders" link and locate the order that includes the item(s) you wish to return.

STEP 3: Click the "Return Item(s)" button and select the products you wish to return. You can also use the pulldowns to tell us the reason for the return or exchange, and you can even leave a comment if needed.

STEP 4: You will receive instructions on how to send your returned item(s) back to us.

STEP 5: Once we receive your returned items, we'll issue a refund or exchange.
