It's easy! First start by clicking around on our site. When you see a product that you'd like to order, click on the big "add to bag" button. This should send you directly to "Your Bag” page. If you have a promo code, enter this in the “Coupon Code” field near the bottom of the bag page. After updating the product quantity or coupon code, click the “checkout” button below the grand total.
The next page will take you to the “Secure Checkout” page. At this point, you’re able to checkout as a guest, register an account. We recommend registering as this will make it so much easier the next time you shop because you won't have to re-enter all your info. It also makes it easier to log in and check on your order status.
Checkout is pretty self-explanatory. Enter the appropriate information in the fields provided. If the shipping address isn’t the same as the billing, click the “I also want to ship to this address” button above the “bill & ship to this address” button. After selecting the appropriate shipping method, click the “Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express” field or the PayPal option. These are below the “How Would You Like to Pay?” Then hit the “proceed to payment” button.
Enter the appropriate credit card or PayPal information-then hit the “pay for order” button. If the order is able to process, it will take you to a confirmation page.
You're done! You should receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another email with your tracking info included.
