Why can't I select a shade or color on the product page?

We're sorry! This is a rare bug that happens in certain instances, and we are working on adjusting our code to remedy the problem.

It appears to be happening in three ways. Sometimes it's browser-related. On some older versions of Internet Explorer, there is a code conflict that prevents the shade or color swatch selection. This can also occur if a pop-up blocker is turned on. Another scenario is on slower connections, if the page isn't fully loaded and one tries to select the shade, nothing will happen.

So until we resolve the coding, we recommend using a different browser, like Firefox or Chrome. If you do have a pop-up blocker turned on, try disabling it temporarily. Finally, please be sure to allow the page to complete the loading process.
